Nice little place with everything we needed to feel at home. Close to everything just a step away.

The room was clean and the window was already open so that the temperature in the room was just perfect. I was provided with the wrong code for the front door so I was stuck outside for a few minutes but then someone let me in and the receptionist gave me the correct code. There were minor glitches (one lamp did not work, the soap bottles were empty) but the room looked great, the bed was awesome, the shower worked fine and the staff was friendly, so overall I enjoyed my stay.

The Cove Hotel was a great find in Montreal. We loved our stay and even extended for a few days. The location was great and close to cafes, bars and a variety of places to eat. The apartment was warm, super comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen (even had a dishwasher!) big tv, modern bathroom with good water pressure, washer and dryer (so handy!) The staff were friendly and helpful when you needed anything. We will be back!

The room was clean and had plenty of appliances and utensils if you wanted to cook meals and save some money. Having a laundry on site also helped with packing lighter. More room to bring souvenirs home!

The accommodations were good. No facecloths were left in the room. Kitchen facilities were great. The blind in the bedroom did not have a pull string to close the blind. The carpet in the living room area was very dirty. The staff when checking in was not customer service friendly. The staff when checking out was great with customer service. Parking when we arrived was not the best.The parking lot a block from the hotel was full.Ended up parking in the college parking lot which charged us double when we exited . This is not any fault of the Cove Hotel

Decent furnishings ,staff was available at all hours .

Not a lot of silverware, no dishwasher tablets to start off with, dirty dishes. The space heater was much appreciated.

we were pleasantly surprized by the quality of room and the location was perfect for our needs. The 24 hour lobby attendant was a nice touch

BEDBUGS on one of the three beds. Had to leave early. We want a refund!

I stayed here when it was still operated by Sonder approximately 6 months before this stay. The cleanliness of the property could be improved. It was not horrible but visibly dirty in many spots in the room.

The room wasnt ready at 4pm for the checkin, then suspected the sheets being reused and not clean. Towells missing and the code to enter the room wasnt working ...the janitor had to open it everytime

Good experience, definitely coming back again.

Good stay

Place is great, my only advice would be to pack a few things that aren’t readily stocked—paper towels, a kitchen towel, and maybe an extra bath towel. Pack washcloths if you use those too, because they aren’t provided. But everything else is well stocked, like kitchen tools! Our unit was clean and lovely.

No one of the reception for check-in for over 15 minutes. Very suspicious reception clerk. I will not return
