My first trip to Sukabumi, I was looking for a kid-friendly hotel, and I found this one. The natural feel is truly remarkable, and the most talked-about feature is the truly enormous aviary. Various animals are released into the wild. We can even feed them. The best part is the kids' activities, which aren't just once a day, but can be done two or three times a day. I was truly satisfied with my stay here. We also got free photos and had them printed immediately after our stay. The hospitality is truly top-notch. The food is a bit lacking in variety by Mercure Resort standards. We stayed here for two nights, but breakfast was the same, and refills took a while. But the kids were happy because a gentleman who could make animal-shaped balloons approached each table.

Wonderful Hotel, nice pool, great for family but disaster food for dinner at the restaurant, long queue and overpriced. For breakfast need more improvement.

The hotel is nice, but access to the location is congested and tiring. There's only one complaint about the hotel itself. On the L floor, where the restaurant is located, there should also be a restroom. This way, guests wouldn't have to climb or descend stairs to use the restroom.

It was a great stay, the kids were happy. The place is cool, quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the service is 5-star. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I'll be back next time, but I'll probably use my own vehicle. If I don't bring my own, access is congested, and GoCar/GrabCar is hard to find due to the traffic.

The place is nice, very beautiful, good for a family vacation.

I ordered an extra bed, but it was uncomfortable to sleep on, it was already curved downwards so sleeping was uncomfortable.

The positive side is that the food here is delicious and plentiful. It's worth adding breakfast. The only downside is the location, which is congested.

All services starting from the receptionist at check-in, security officers, shuttle drivers, staff at the restaurant, all helpful, especially when I brought my parents with a wheelchair, everything was very impressive, and I want to come back to stay again, especially in the room type that directly accesses the swimming pool yesterday, next to each other, booked 3 rooms, and is safe for wheelchairs, keep up the good service Mercure Cibadak Sukabumi🥰

It was nice to stay here with family for staycation, not limited to, they have aviary as part of the resort facilities besides pool, gym, and kids playground. The hospitalities & the staff was very helpful. No wonder this place is always epic during vacation.

The place is really nice, a one-stop living experience. There's a children's play area, fitness center, aviary, and deer. Check-in and check-out are fast and simple, with no deposit required. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just a suggestion: there should be someone manning the pool, as some people don't wear swimsuits and cause a disturbance while swimming.

Comfortable hotel with beautiful view, complete facilities. Security and hotel staff are friendly. Input for improvement: check in can only be done at 3, because the hotel's location is up and down the hill, it is better to have a buggy car and staff stand by in the lobby and upper reception, because there was a long wait for the buggy car to arrive at check in. During breakfast the queue at the egg station was long but only handled by 1 staff, having to go back and forth to check whether the egg order was cooked or not and finally the egg order was not delivered to the table until we finished breakfast. Loading 50kg LPG gas in front of the lobby near the restaurant, it would be better to make a different access from the guest drop off area. Overall ok, but because I came during the Eid holiday, the road access was congested to get out/get off to explore around the hotel was difficult, finally going to a restaurant outside near the hotel by walking to the Svarga restaurant.

March 19, 2026. A very suitable hotel for families with children. There is a small swimming pool near the room area. Some rooms are located at the back and others at the front, accessible by shuttle. My room had a garden view, overlooking the aviary and grassy area with several deer that liked to approach the room fence. The aviary was quite pleasant, and breakfast with a view. There was quite a variety of food.

The hotel is very comfortable, but unfortunately access to the hotel is a bit difficult and the breakfast is not very varied.
