Not so good, bugs in the units I got

Overbooked and turned away at 9pm despite confirmed Expedia reservation – unacceptable service Review: I booked a room at Oti Resort (OTI Hotel), Benin City, through Expedia three weeks in advance. The reservation was fully confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9pm on the night of my stay, I was informed that there was no room available for me. No prior notice, no apology of any real substance, and no assistance in finding alternative accommodation. I was left to search for another hotel late at night after a long journey. When I asked the staff for a written confirmation or letter stating that they could not honour the booking (something that would have been useful for my records and for Expedia), they refused to provide one. This is extremely poor customer service. A confirmed reservation, especially one made well in advance through a major booking platform, should be honoured. Turning a guest away at 9pm with no room and no proper support is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property based on this experience. Guests should be aware that a confirmed booking here does not guarantee a room. Their staffs are untrained and ill-mannered please run away from this facility
