Our stay at this hotel in Mallorca was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk team, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From great local recommendations to making sure everything went smoothly, their exceptional customer service truly stood out. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Loved every bit of my stay! Starting with the staff, following to the decoration and architecture of the buildings, and the absolutely delicious room service and breakfasts - would highly recommend, my new favourite hotel in the islands

Terrible customer service at reception. We arrived from 24 hours of travelling at 1am. They refused to give us a room because it was booked under a different company. I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. Advice to reception just be a human.

Staff was excellent (especially for non native speakers). Hotel and room amenities were spectacular and well maintained. Always excited to return after a long day of exploring!

Wonderful new hotel. Nice rooftop pool and decent restaurant (a bit expensive though). Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Great little spa with a pool, hammam, and ice bath. Recommended!

Although the room is small, it was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and was served beautifully. The spa is also very nice. The staff was very helpful.

The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.
