They need to improve the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. Pods themselves were clean.

Avant toute chose, les capsules ne peuvent pas être verrouillées, contrairement à ce qu'on peut lire. Femmes solo : fuyez, uniquement des dortoirs mixtes. Le ménage devrait être assuré plusieurs fois par jour par une équipe professionnelle, pas par des employés de l'hôtel une fois de temps en temps et de manière très partielle. Sanitaires insuffisants, concept très mal exécuté (par exemple aucun banc dans les douches trop étroites), réveil plusieurs fois dans la nuit par les portes des capsules qui claquent PAR DESIGN. Population majoritairement masculine et règles non respectées, des chaussures traînent partout, odeur constante de tabac froid, ventilation insuffisante dans les capsules on crève de chaud, j'en passe. Passez-y une nuit si vous le devez et que vous obtenez un prix bas et que vos exigences sont basses ! Je tiens quand même à signaler que le staff est excellent.

Please do not go to this. I BEG YOU ITS GROSS!!!!! I don't care how great the reviews are. There was nothing but issues. There were pubes and questionable white liquid stains in my bed, the bedsheets were not clean and smelled like sweaty armpit. The A/C does not work and was warm in the capsule itself. The showers are communal which is fine, however they were not up-kept at all. The showers were gross, no cleaning happens. The garbages overflowing and you only get one microtowel that smelled as well. The photos look nothing like the place basically a. GLORIFIED FRAT house. Thought it would be calmer but seems like party central and Frat meet up, so i mean if thats your vibe have at it but sure as hell not what they advertised. Oh DOORS TO YOUR BED DO NOT LOCK. The place was not upkept by staff, seems like getting to know the people staying is more important than picking up a broom or mop. Oh and it’s advertised that it sleeps two, IT DOES NOT SLEEP TWO. My partner and i didnt even stay 1 night, we landed from a 10 hr flight at 10:30pm, checked in late, then stayed out till 3 am trying to find another hotel because this simply wasn’t managed. I would rather go exponentially above my budget than stay there ever again. DONT RECOMMEND

The capsule sleeping pod has extremely poor ventilation. Could not get comfortable due to heat. Customer who slept next to me left due to insects in her pod. I inspected my area with flash light. No sign of insects but extremely dirty underneath mattress and moisture (due to humidity). Sat in lounge area all night (from 1 am until i left at 7am) Person working front desk offered to move me but i didn't take him up on the offer due to conditions of my sleeping pod.

The concept is excellent; but, the delivery needs improvement. For after only three months open it does not have regular maintenance. Toilet paper holders down in more than one bathroom. Housekeeping for the general area is poor, but the Capsules were good and clean. AC was not working on the ground level( and the staff were aware of this). One has to assume management would have known. Hallway floors were dirty everywhere. Three of the bathrooms were out of order( a staff maintenance person could have fixed these). Tv' in rooms were not working ( or there were no instructions for use- my Capsule remote needed batteries). A large TV in the common area would have been wonderful. One of the charging plugs in the common area was not working. Having said all this in hoping these will be addressed I still enjoyed three nights. Restaurant choices nearby are excellent, and there is a grocery store nearby. Really appreciated the STAFF!

Endroit très propre, bien décoré, pratique et bien aménagé ! Par contre, dans la capsule j'ai eu très chaud ! Mais nous étions deux dans la même capsule ! Donc je recommande d'être seule dans la capsule !

Refund credit for me. Because when I got to the Hotel I told them I wouldn't be staying and they called the manager. The manager agreed and told me he canceled the reservation and refunded me $94.94

Lockers for luggage broke twice

Supposed to be non-smoking yet there were people smocking o the 3rd floor which they have long term tenants! There is no locker on each floor to lock your stuff so you have to go up and down the stairs since there’s no elevator. There were clothes shoes, and peeps all stuff on the hallways by the locker area and on the 3rd and second floor which makes it very uncomfortable. The common area is clean and the kitchen dining area is clean however the fridge when we opened it smell . There was old food and not cleaned. Good for transient one night but not for more than that if you’re in a pickle. We had to leave and find a hotel. I won’t be back. Not for me. However , amazing staff!!

Stayed during the Jazz Fest. It was actually excellent for what we needed! The pod itself was very clean and I didn't get claustrophobic at all; the bathrooms, hit or miss depending on when they cleaned it. Super nice staff! They loaned me a phone charger too. Would definitely stay again!

Very supportive staff, had a bad experience when a dude was on a call in the early morning. The staff came in and resolved this efficiently.

Due to construction it's difficult to reach the location. Problem with parking near the site I had a reservation, but never stayed. It was too difficult for me to park my car and access the site. ..

I booked for two people and when I arrived at midnight, the front office told me that they only have one capsule for one person and if I want extra room I have to pay extra 90$. They also said that they will reimburse me for the night I didn't stay in and for the mistake but then they refused the reimbursement through expedia. Scammers
