Nice hotel - clean and very affordable. Great staff and good breakfast.

Quite noisy and the bed wasn’t comfortable / too soft.

Good location parking is a short walk away However it’s free from 3pm until 8 am. Plenty of places to eat especially if you like pizza or kebabs.

Friendly and helpful reception. Dated interior. Unremarkable breakfast.

Hotel was regular, fair. Bed was comfortable. TV was very small. Bathroom small. Breakfast selection was very limited. Would probably look for another hotel next time I stay in Haugesund

The hotel is dated but kept on good conditions. The bathrooms are particularly in so so shape, the rest of the room was good. Breakfast included was great compared to Norwegian standards. Location is quite convenient, just blocks away from major city attractions. They own a DVD collection bigger than Netlfix selection! No parking available.

The hotel is quite old however the staff were very helpful and it is in a good location for the town and close to the bus station (5 mins walk) I stayed here 30 years ago and although very little has changed I’d be happy to stay again

The hotel was very good and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was exceptional and we could not find a thing to complain about would recommend to anyone. There was not much to see in the town usual shopping are and plenty of eating houses we chose the big horns restaurant upstairs overlooking the quay it was very good

Neptun is centrally located and offers everything, what travellers need: comfy bed, bathroom, breakfast and a taste of norwegian hospitality.

it was wonderful... staff were the best you could have asked for, the hotel was clean, and warm, the breakfast was A1. i would stay there again...

The receptionist at the time we visited was very pleasant and helpful for local area and restaurants.

This hotel was clean but definitely older & needs updating (building, appliances, etc). Complimentary breakfast was ok. Close to the Edda Kino bus stop. If you are expecting a more modern, luxurious place, something more in the center might be better for you but for the basic necessities & a place to sleep, this hotel worked for me for a short stay. Very warm & friendly staff!

Ubetjent hotell, og det fungerte ikke å få kontakt med noen på telefon ved sen ankomst og låst dør. Frokostsalen var stengt så reelt sett ingen steder å være unntatt på rommet, som var kaldt, lydt og med dårlig planløsning. Gammelt og forlatt hotell utenfor bykjernen som duger for å sove, men som ikke har noen form for sjarm eller annet bruk. Kommer til å velge et annet hotell neste gang.

Funksjonelt og greit hotell. Veldig god størrelse på familierommet vi hadde. Heldekkende gulvteppe bør absolutt fjernes for å heve standarden til et bedre nivå. Badet kunne det også vært gjort noen små oppgraderinger på. Veldig god service ved innsjekking. Frokostbuffeten var helt grei.

Enkel, ubetjent innsjekking. Reint og fint på rom og i fellesarealer. Te, kaffi og vann tilgjengelig i resepsjonen. Parkering rett utenfor (kl.19-08, ellers max 1t.) Frokosten var enkel, men smakfull. Friske grønnsaker og frukt.

Enkle fine rom, god frokost og veldig sentralt. Kan nok være litt mer nøye med og dra frem sengene og støvsuge der, ellers ikke noe å utsette på oppholdet
