The room was clean, but the female staff was unpleasant. I had booked an early check-in, and when I arrived at 7:30, the male staff member said they would wait until 8:30 at the latest. The male staff member, who was cleaning the room, left, and was replaced by a female staff member. She said she couldn't check in. There were no cleaners, no rooms, and she said so while preening herself on a chair, not even considering us as guests. I'm fed up, I don't want to stay here again.

The sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover smell like they've been used. Please pay more attention. And the toilet seat seems to have never been cleaned. The inside is black.
