High standard. Only niggle was no table so nowhere to eat. Strange for an appartment with kitchen.

Poets24 Apartments enjoys the best possible location in Ely with a large and secure free car park at its rear. The Cathedral is just across the road and everything you need including lunch by the riverside is within easy walking distance. The room was appointed to a high standard and the large walk-in shower was exceptional. The facilities at the Poets Hotel are just a minute up the road and a great cafe is virtually next door. The hotel staff are delightful, the bacon butty standout and basically look no further for a stay in Ely which is a fantastic experience in itself. No doubt the hotel is excellent but for us the Apartments are perfect and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit particularly with the ease and convenience of parking and the tranquil setting.

Excellent location with very easy walking into the City Centre and the Cathedral was only 5minutes walk away. Check-in was friendly and professional and although we arrived early this was not a problem. Excellent Car Parking facilities provided good access to the accommodation. The Apartment was located up several stairs without a lift option so worth considering if you have walking difficulties. Inside the Apartment was very spacious with a well laid out living space however the Sash Windows rattled a lot and I think it would be draughty in the Winter. The kitchen area was ok for light meals preparation as there was only a microwave but storage on top shelves and cupboards was hard to access unless you are over 6 foot. Also there is no freezer compartment in the fridge so therefore no ice facilities for a late night drink. The sofas and beds were very comfortable and the Apartment was very clean . The en- suite wetroom was well designed and spacious but the extractor did not work so made for a very damp and wet floor which we tried to resolve by opening the sash window which was then impossible to shut . Overall we enjoyed our time in this apartment and would consider staying again on a future short break

Fantastic shower,2 adjoining bedrooms with a sitting room and mini kitchen.Perfect for our requirements. Would go again without hesitation.
