The hotel staff is very friendly. The service is excellent. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere. It's recommended for those planning a vacation in Luwuk Banggai.

A very peaceful place to stay with a lovely terrace overlooking Luwuk. At the top of a very steep hill but plenty of taxis/bikes around. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they organised a last minute trip to Piala waterfall for 5 of us which was great. The restaurant/cafe and terrace areas are really nice. We enjoyed playing pool on their full-sized tables. The menu is standard Indonesian but the food is good. Nice breakfast too. The rooms and bathrooms however are looking a little tired. The shower fittings need updating. Mosquito coils and/or nets would be beneficial.

Seeing the view of Luwuk city from the hotel is very beautiful

Water is off from 9 PM to 7 AM. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is basic. Location is far from town or main roads.
