Clean and nice rooms, friendly service.

The staff were kind enough and friendly. The hotel location is hiding behind the Umasan Resto, making it difficult to find for people who have never been there. When we entered the room, there was a cockroach running on the floor, hiding below the bed. The bed is nice, comfortable, and clean. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is spacious but not so clean. Aircon is ok, Wi-Fi is ok. Television channels are confusing for people who are not familiar. The receptionist office closes at 9 PM, and the gate to the resto and to the hotel closes at 9:30 PM, so guests who want to come back late night to the hotel must be aware of this. Breakfast is served only from 7 AM, and you cannot ask for an earlier breakfast, no matter what reason you have.

The water was out, and they reported it last night, but there was no improvement at all (they said it was, but it didn't change, it was still out). Early checkout was handled by security because the FO had already gone home. Once again, they HAD HOME. It's a shame that security is being made the scapegoat for being clueless. It's a shame, because the room is comfortable, the AC is cool, and the quiet ambiance is comfortable for resting. Please improve the management immediately. Business people are confused when they have a meeting in the morning and don't shower!

The hotel staff is friendly. It's strategically located, within walking distance of Rawa Buntu station. It's perfect for just sleeping. The bathroom is clean and has a shower.

The stay was so comfortable! The interior is complete, the bathroom is spacious and has a water heater, the breakfast is decent, and it's close to Umasan Restaurant so you can go straight to a staycation after dinner. Budget-friendly. Totally worth it! 🤍

The room was new, large, and fully equipped. The air conditioning was cool and there was a refrigerator. Breakfast was adequate and delivered to the room. The service was good. The restaurant was good.
