I'm always a regular at Claro. The rooms are clean and cool. Very comfortable.

The subscription is basic, it won't go anywhere. It's enough to just stay with Claro.

My one-night stay here was quite pleasant. The Deluxe Twin room was spacious and fairly clean. The breakfast selection was quite delicious. The service was fast and friendly. The room was a bit hot, though. Overall, it was okay.

The lobby AC is not cold enough. Out of 4 elevators, only 1 is working. But luckily this hotel is not popular, so it's not too crowded, 1 elevator is still very good for access up and down. The point is still worth it

The mattress was left over from the athlete's hotel, not very comfortable for resting.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The cleanliness and tidiness were excellent. There was a slight issue with the air conditioning, which wasn't cooling in the room, and it was a bit hot. My second stay here, the room was comfortable and spacious. The only downside for me, who gets a little hot, was that the air conditioning in room 510 wasn't cool enough. Overall, it was fine.

The room was large and clean, and the bathroom was also large. However, only one elevator was functioning. The convenience store was a bit far away. There's a restaurant in the hotel, which was reasonably priced and quite tasty. Breakfast on the first day was delicious.

All the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the hot water works well, the AC is cold, and the breakfast is delicious. 👍🏻
