The worst hotel in Bukittinggi, dirty rooms, no staff. Absolutely uninhabitable. It would be better to close the hotel or change management.

It doesn't match the photos! The room was dusty, full of cobwebs, the ceiling had lots of water seepage and holes, the toilet was covered in moss, as if it had never been cleaned, the faucet handle was broken, there was no water, and the toilet door was broken. Not recommended 🙅

Strategic location, but the room is very dirty.
