It was nice short stay but very satisfying

Review Title: Very Disappointing Experience at Udaan Pride, Gangtok We stayed at Udaan Pride Sikkim and unfortunately, this was the most disappointing stay compared to other Udaan properties. The room was just average. Basic amenities were not properly provided. For two guests: • Only one toothbrush (dental kit) was given • No moisturiser was provided • Only one glass in the room The biggest issue was the bathroom hygiene — there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. Food quality was also not up to the usual Udaan standard. We have stayed at other Udaan hotels before and had a great experience, but this property did not match the brand reputation at all. Small things matter when guests are paying for comfort. We hope the management improves cleanliness, amenities, and overall service quality. — SNEHYOG
