Firstly was given a room with no outside area, didn’t seem very private either and was noisy with street outside. I thought I had booked a room with outside area through Hotels.com, which they advertise as all rooms have a balcony or terrace ? But after an extra payment we were given a much larger room with outside space after first night. Rooms are lovely with nice bathroom, lovely shower. My only downfall was it was very noisy in the evening being above a pub but even after closing seems to be noisy in area. Now I know area would return to Tenby but would prefer a quieter area by sea front.

Perfect location in the town, the staff were So lovely very helpful make us very welcome. We were running late for our table but still managed to accommodate us food was so nice . Rooms were lovely Will be definitely booking again

Stayed in a top floor room for 3 which had a nice balcony to sit out on. It is a very central place above a pub so maybe not great if you’re a light sleeper.

Room was lovely and clean, bit noisy as above the outdoor area. Staff where fantastic. Food very good.
