Staff , rooms and Location

No Spa No restaurant No massage No shuttle

The hotel was fine - not super clean, but the staff were very very friendly and accommodating and the room was quite large. The building was new, but not very well-built. You could hear every, single thing outside the room, especially street noise. Thankfully, it was on a quiet street. There was also a strong mould smell in the bathroom and the shower door didn’t close properly so the bathroom flooded whenever it was on. However, the biggest problem were the blue lights on the ceiling. There were three of them over the bed and you couldn’t switch them off. They were absolutely blinding. Also, nb - Sheraton is an area of Cairo, and not affiliated with the brand.
