Nice and friendly staff, location with very beautiful views, suitable for groups / families.

The bed was hot even though it was still early. The hot water didn't work, and the bathroom was covered in mold. There was no breakfast (the food was announced as being delivered to the room, but there was no confirmation that it was a buffet and couldn't be delivered, so breakfast was sold out—and that was just fried rice). The atmosphere was actually nice, but it was enough for a one-night stay. Hopefully, there will be some maintenance in the future.

The view is beautiful, cool, especially at night, it's nice to relax on the terrace because it's cool and quiet. It's a great place to heal with your partner/family. The food and drinks in the afternoon at the restaurant are delicious, and there are many places suitable for relaxing in the afternoon because of the coolness and stunning views. The only downside (-) is that the facilities provided as listed in the app are not all available in the room. Things that are missing are: toiletries (so you have to bring your own), bathrobes, and a coffee/tea maker in the room (the restaurant has a hot water dispenser). It's a shame that the breakfast is only fried rice without eggs or other accompaniments, and what we ate at that time was 70% still rice even though the seasoning was delicious, but it was a shame for breakfast like this, so we only ate a little and didn't finish it because it was hard. Also, the road to the location is quite difficult to navigate, especially yesterday when we got lost because we were following Google Maps directions, so please update Google Maps. Judging from what we got during our stay here, the price offered does not match what we got at that time. Please improve this so it can be even better in the future, but overall, everything is good. Good for couples but not for family.

The staff is friendly, the village fried rice is delicious... No need for AC, there is natural AC... Really suitable for those who need peace and family time.

The location and views are great, but the access road to the glamping site is a bit damaged for 4-wheel-drive vehicles. Hopefully, it can be repaired soon.

Okay, but please provide adequate lighting on the road to the location and if possible, pave the road.

I like the atmosphere because it is far from noise, quiet, and the air is very cool.

The glamping staff is friendly, the place is beautiful, and the Bandung feel is cool.

It was very cold, but very enjoyable.
