I had a pretty good experience at the hotel. It's a new branch, so the facilities are relatively new and clean. The room has a spacious balcony, very airy and bright, with a direct view of the Old Quarter. Especially convenient is its location right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to get to Hanoi's tourist attractions. It's only a 5-minute walk to Dong Xuan Market, and on weekends there's a night market right next door. The staff and receptionists were also friendly and helpful. A good experience, and the price was reasonable for the Old Quarter area.

An absolute gem of a hotel! Even arriving late for a midnight check-in, I was welcomed by an incredibly clean, neat, and beautifully maintained room with a lovely classic charm. The bathroom was also sparkling clean and spotless. They have even upgraded my room. So nice of them! The absolute highlight of my stay was Christina at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting me with my itinerary, arranging tours, and even graciously covering some upfront booking payments. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!
