The hotel is new. I booked a replacement due to a last-minute change of plans, but the price was very good. Everything was better than the Top High Airport hotel I stayed at nearby, which was more expensive. The bathroom facilities were very new and worked smoothly. The room wasn't large, but I was satisfied for the price. I regretted not booking it for the second night because I booked the Vix hotel and had a very bad experience there.
