⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend staying at Base Hotel! My experience was truly amazing. The hotel is brand new, very clean, fully equipped, and the water in the room was flowing smoothly and comfortable. The location is strategic, in the city center with a cool hangout area, making it a great place to rest and explore the area. What impressed me most was the honesty and service of the hotel team. I lost my Apple Watch in the lobby area. When I checked using Find My, its location had changed. That afternoon, I contacted the hotel and asked for help checking the CCTV. The hotel team immediately assisted, searching through the footage, searching for my watch, and finally found it. Since I had returned to Jakarta, they were even very kind enough to help ship my Apple Watch back to Jakarta. The entire process was conducted transparently via video call, showing me the CCTV footage and the condition of my belongings. This kind of service truly demonstrates exceptional professionalism and integrity. Many thanks to the entire Base Hotel team for their hospitality, honesty, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Sumba, and would definitely recommend it to my friends.
