The location is very strategic and the natural views are incredibly beautiful. The bathroom smelled bad, and the hot water didn't work. There are many hotels in Indonesia, including in Padang. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel that provides prayer robes, prayer cloths, and prayer mats. Amazing! Thank you, and may you stay consistent.

I chose a superior double room. The description said it had a balcony with views of the Clock Tower and the mountains, but upon check-in, the receptionist gave me a first-floor room with no balcony and a view of my neighbor's rooftop. I feel cheated! Please improve the descriptions of each room. If there's no balcony, state there isn't one! This will prevent any customers from feeling cheated again. Overall, everything is fine and fine. 👍
