The hotel is an old but comfortable building. The staff is friendly and responsive. I'll definitely stay here again.

The food lacks flavor in my opinion for a 4 star rating, some are predominantly salty, some are predominantly sweet.

I've been a regular every time I go to Anyer and it never disappoints.

An old hotel with very old furniture in the rooms. + • Hotel access is close to the main road • Direct beach access (sloping and clean) • Room cleanliness is okay • Cold AC, exhaust on • Swimming pool and mini playground • All staff are friendly, from security to the restaurant. • If you want a direct beach view, stay in the boutique suite on the 3rd floor. - • No one helps carry your luggage to your room (we stayed in the boutique suite, all rooms are up stairs, no elevator). • The room was infested with mosquitoes (I read reviews, so I brought an electric mosquito repellent to kill all the mosquitoes on the floor. If you're staying here, bring a mosquito repellent, guys). • The phone in the room was dead, so when I needed help, I couldn't get through. • There was no doormat (even though many people had told me they needed one, as we all needed one after the beach). • The chairs, tables, windows, cupboards, doors, and everything else are rotting because they're made of wood (please fix them). • There's only one toothbrush in the room. If you want another one, you have to go far from the receptionist, and you can't call because it doesn't work. • A 6-year-old child paid 80,000 Rupiah for breakfast. • The variety and taste of the food are very lacking; please improve. And please read all reviews so we can improve in the future.

The villa is comfortable, but the old buildings, like the wooden handrails, are likely rotting and wobbly. The food is lacking in flavor and variety; it could use more variety.

The location and room are great. I stayed at the Boutique Suites recently, which had a direct beach view. The beach is also close by. However, I'd suggest that motorbikes should be able to reach the front of the room so they don't have to walk all the way to the parking lot. Overall, it's great.

The beach is beautiful, clean, gently sloping, and coral-free. It's not far from Jakarta. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are clean. The bathroom fixtures are also fully functional. Highly recommended for a family vacation. Hopefully, we can come back here again with our family 🥰

The room and everything else were comfortable. But the Wi-Fi really needs fixing. The signal kept dropping out. Even the TV broadcasts were messed up, let alone the Smart TV. The breakfast wasn't varied, and it's a shame I said it wasn't delicious. The kitchen looked like it had no salt, as it was completely bland, tasteless, and tasteless.

The pool was dirty. The facilities were lacking. We booked for two people, but there was only one.

The service was excellent and friendly. The place is comfortable, and the beach is beautiful. Yesterday, we had a problem: our vehicle registration (STNK) was lost, and we only realized it after we got home. We called the hotel, and they responded quickly, found it, and it was delivered that day. Overall, The Jayakarta Villas Anyer is the best. Highly recommended for a vacation here; it's comfortable and very kid-friendly.

The beach is clean, the water sports are good, the breakfast has many variations and is delicious, the staff is friendly, there are also food stalls near the swimming pool.

The villa is clean and tidy, and the garden is also recommended for families. There were some issues with the shower closet leaking and the TV having lines. Thankfully, the admin immediately informed us, and the shower and TV were replaced. The beach is very close, and the sunsets are stunning. Thank you, and have a wonderful vacation.

The hotel's service was responsive and the room was clean and tidy. However, the kitchen was lacking amenities, such as a rice cooker. The room amenities included air conditioning, a TV, and a refrigerator, all functioning well. The Wi-Fi could be improved, as the signal was slow and lackluster.

It's good. There was a problem with the AC, but it was checked immediately when reported. Some of the room amenities are in need of repair, such as the walls needing painting and the bathtub is rusty. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was good, but I happened to get one that was a bit odd because everything was fully booked. There were a few things that weren't very comfortable: the refrigerator was dead, there was no mat, and the faucet was leaking. We had to be quick to contact the staff, but it was pretty good. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention in the future, even to the smallest details. But the ocean view is really nice, and the staff are friendly too. Thanks.

The hotel room was nice, spacious, and had a bathtub. The price was affordable, and the beach access was good. The grounds were clean, and the view from the third floor was beautiful.
