Passengers commuting to the airport with KLIA Ekspres are advised to choose a train schedule that departs at least two (2) hours prior to their flight schedule. Neither KLIA Ekspres nor Traveloka will be liable for missed flights.
Passengers aged 6 years or older are required to purchase a ticket.
Passengers aged 6 to 15 years will be charged the child ticket fare, while passengers aged above 16 years will be charged the adult ticket fare.
One-way Tickets are valid for any of the available train schedules within the selected date, as written on the voucher. Unused vouchers past the date written on the voucher will be considered expired.
Passengers with a Round-trip Ticket must take their second trip within 30 days after their first trip.
Passengers with a Round-trip Ticket can use the same voucher for both their first and second trip.
If the train is delayed for more than 60 minutes, KLIA Ekspres will grant refund to passengers.
Each passenger is allowed to carry three (3) regular-size baggage.
KLIA Ekspres vouchers cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
