Here you can see that the staff is very incompetent, they should have asked at the beginning if they had booked or not, I didn't justify myself but the registration staff actually grumbled and didn't say THANKYOU when redeeming my voucher and instead grumbled. It was the first and last time I went to Anata Pasirkaliki, what a really bad experience I received. The one who massaged me was actually good, kind, and skilful. I had an inconvenience with the cashier. When I first arrived, they just asked me what did i want to do and i told them i wanted a back therapy. They directly gave me a queueing number and asked me to go upstairs. When i got back for the payment, I told them i already bought a traveloka voucher. They blamed me for not informing them since the start (?) in which I have no idea that i have to do so. They did not even ask. How does a customer supposed to know? Please review the service skills of your staffs.
