For those who want to do a rapid antigen test on the same day as departure, it's better to reconsider, because even though the stated opening hours start at 8 - finish according to the application, in reality this is not the case. because they can stop themselves with the excuse that there are still many that have not been completed. told to wait & queue but was not given a queue number and any info. so waiting indefinitely. I happened to get there at 10.49 and for a flight at 14.30 on the same day. if based on the estimated time, it should be 12 no later than the results should have been received. but when at 11.49 there was no sign of being called & there were too many queued & no one had been called, I finally asked, sorry what time is it open. answered at 8 am. okay, I'll answer, but what time is it open this afternoon, the officer is a little confused, the answer is, because I've been in line for 1 hour but there hasn't been any progress. Finally, after being long-winded, he answered that the test results this morning were still being processed and had not been completed and after this we wanted to pray, he said eat first. Then I said, oh, so after the break, didn't it, ma'am? around 1 o'clock? he just said yes ma'am. Then I said, yes, I'll just leave it, Mom, because I have a flight this afternoon. he said yes ok ma'am. I finally moved the test place & not even 10 minutes the results were received.
Suggestion: the officer should give information to the participants who are queuing if they will only open again after a break, don't come when we come and report it to the officer but they just say yes, wait, madam, waiting in line without any information and without a queue, because everyone has their own time -each. do not tell to wait without certainty & too long-winded.
