Fast process. No need to be confused about queuing to pay etc... Just ask at the front desk, you will be directed to the registration area then just wait for the swab. Efficient.

When I arrived according to the schedule to open at 07.00, it turned out that the PCR from Traveloka was given final priority, which was only starting at 09.00.
Even though there were still a few who came, and so those who came later were swabbed first

The results of the PCR were not entered into the Care Protect at that time, and the results of the PCR could not be requested to be sent by WA or by email. asked to take it yourself even though the PCR was to confirm whether it was positive for covid or not because there were symptoms. the process of sending the results by wa is complicated and has to ask many times before it is sent

Yesterday I tested positive for PCR but the lab did not register my NIK at the Ministry of Health even though it was the hospital's obligation. The hospital was called, did not answer, did not reply to WA regarding the details of the PCR results. I couldn't go to the hospital directly because it was positive. The service is not good either

The process is according to the description flow from Traveloka, the Rapid check is fast, the results are also fast, but when we are at the airport we can't detect the test results and can't immediately update to Peduli Protect... So queue up for the KKP locker first. So extra time.

no need to be confused if you come here. come directed to fill in the data themselves at the table at the beginning / front before entering. later you will get a queue number and be directed specifically for purchases via Traveloka. good and fast service, just ask if confused, immediately directed. The wait doesn't take long and the service is fast. maybe this is the best recommendation I got here, the first time and satisfying. thanks
