This is my first experience here because a friend had a spa here and the reviews were good. I use a voucher from traveloka, it says thai massage 90 minutes.
I made an appointment at 13.30 and arrived around 14.15. The signup process was quick and I waited in the lobby until around 2:25 p.m. Then went up to the 2nd floor to change sandals and was asked to wait on the 3rd floor sofa. I didn't change my clothes because Thai massage is a dry massage without oil/lotion.
There are only 2 sofas on the 3rd floor and I guess here just to wash my feet and wait. But then the therapist came and closed the curtain. I was surprised, when I asked what kind of massage was here, the therapist said yes, because the inside is not spacious enough for a thai massage. I object, because it is semi-outdoor, people are passing by, all the air conditioners are off and there is only 1 blower. Not comfortable for thai massage because of the hot air.
Then somehow after washing my feet, around 13:40 the therapist asked me to come inside and I was massaged there. At 14:39 the therapist ended the massage and directed me to the 1st floor. I was surprised how fast it was, it should have been 90 minutes. The therapist said it included washing feet for about 5-10 minutes. Assume 80 minutes for a massage, if it is calculated from 13:40 it should be finished at 15:00 at the earliest. But the therapist said it was over on time because her alarm had gone off.
Very disappointing service. When I told the cashier this, it said 90 minutes included washing feet, changing clothes, bathing and massage. While thai massage is dry massage, no need to change clothes and take a shower. In the package that I bought, it only said including thai massage, there was no writing including bathing etc. I feel so cheated. It should be written clearly what 90 minutes is, how many minutes the massage is, and when the alarm is set it is notified to the customer that it is equally fair.
