Guests must book 2 days before departure

Visitors aged 3 and above need tickets for admission, while those 2 years old or younger enter free without tickets. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Due to venue restrictions, strollers are not allowed

Visitors of all ages can experience Harry Potter™: The Exhibition, but younger visitors may be frightened by some elements

The exhibition is open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm every day, with last admission at 6:15 pm

The exhibition is a self-guided tour, which is expected to take about 60-90 minutes

Tours are scheduled 30 minutes apart, allowing a full buffer for entry. Arrivals beyond 30 minutes will be accommodated in the next session, based on available space

Exhibition tickets grant one-time admission. Re-entry after leaving is not allowed. In case of emergencies requiring exit, please inform nearby staff

During peak tourist periods, you may be asked to store large luggage and backpacks at the hotel concierge. This is a paid service

Small handheld cameras and mobile phones are welcome, but please note that professional photography equipment such as external lighting is not allowed in the exhibition.
