We were contacted by the staff a day before. The driver Jack arrived 1.5 hour prior to our booking time. All communication was prompt and clear. The van was new and convenient. The van had 10 seats and a separate space for luggage behind the last seat. The driver was a bit fast and furious when we almost reached Genting Resort. But, he slowed down after we asked him to. Booking through traveloka was very affordable, compared to all other app. All in all, 10 out of 10.

We were group of 5 pax(2 adults, 2 senior and 1 toddler) for this trip. Our driver Mr. Chew is punctual and knowledgeable on the short-cut routes to Genting. The traffic jam was worse during our trip because it’s a holiday, but we managed to reach Genting in 3 hours (with brief toilet breaks in between) from KLIA. I highly recommend this service as it’s very convenient especially if you have small kids and elderly with you.
