We were contacted by the staff a day before. The driver Jack arrived 1.5 hour prior to our booking time. All communication was prompt and clear. The van was new and convenient. The van had 10 seats and a separate space for luggage behind the last seat. The driver was a bit fast and furious when we almost reached Genting Resort. But, he slowed down after we asked him to. Booking through traveloka was very affordable, compared to all other app. All in all, 10 out of 10.

The driver had been waiting for us when we went out from the departure hall. We were traveling with kids and elderly, so we can’t afford to waste our time for waiting. We had a lil bit problem with our luggage and the driver helped us to solve it. We really appreciate the help. Thank you :)

Agency was initially very responsive to my questions on car seats etc. However, had to ping them multiple times to get the driver’s contact right before the trip. Was worried that it wasn’t assigned. But in the end, the driver came on time and we got our destination safe. So it’s fine

The ride is nice trip for me and my family. Driver, Mr Kevin is very friendly and nice to share what he knows with us. He drive very safely and smoothly. It was just only 1 and a half hrs trip from Genting to KLIA 2, it also counted as fast.
