The ride was enjoyable. But getting the ticket online did not give you a fast lane. You have to quequ like those who walked in. I spent almost 1.5 hours to redeem the physical ticket. There is an online redemption counter, but you know this is Malaysia. You have a lot of counters, but only two are open.
