05:30 Enjoy a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu area (actual time subject to hotel location)

06:00 Arrive at Tanjung Aru. Listen to a briefing by a professional instructor before starting your SUP journey

06:30 Paddle to enjoy the sun rising on top of Kinabalu Mountain
•
07:30 Paddle back to the beach and get changed
•
08:15 Proceed to Kiulu for another adventure
•
09:30 Gather at the meeting point for everyone, including self-driven guests

09:45 Once you arrive at the Kiulu rafting starting point, a safety briefing will be conducted by a professional river guide
