The Southern Ridges are a chain of green hills in the south of Singapore, stretching from Mount Faber through Telok Blangah Hill and Kent Ridge Park to Clementi Woods in the west.
Elevated boardwalks, bridges and trails connect the individual parks to create a seamless green corridor full of fascinating animal and plant life as well as historical anecdotes. Henderson Waves, Singapore's highest pedestrian bridge, and numerous vantage points along the trail offer stunning vistas of Downtown Singapore, the harbour and the islands in the south of the city-state.
Starting from Hortpark, this walk will take us through the canopy along the meandering Forest Walk to Telok Blangah Hill and on to Mount Faber via the Henderson Waves. The duration of the tour is about 2.5 hours; it ends at HarbourFront MRT-Station.
