Kanchanaburi is a jungle clad destination of the west rich with serene nature and wartime history as it was once where Allied prisoners of war were forced to build the Death Railway stretching to Myanmar. Start the tour off with a visit to JEATH War museum and learn about the World War II history as well as see the wartime remnants and relics from Allied POWs. Then, take a train ride along the Death Railway built in 1943 and later walk along the famous historical bridge overlooking the iconic River Kwai and take photos of the breathtaking views, taking them home with you. Afterwards, board the train to Tham Krasae Cave then continue to walk along the the Death Railway bending along green hill until reaching a Tham Krasae Cave to pay respect to the Buddha statues.
