CONSORTIO COUNTER, Arrival Hall, Tan Son Nhat Internation Airport **PICK-UP BEFORE ENTERING IMMIGRATION COUNTERS (Pre-Passport Control Area upon arrival)**

(Pick-up counter is 10 meters away from the entering zone of Immigration Counters - Next to Internal Landscape - Opposite the International Time Zone Clocks Area)

Pick-up note: Please pick up your SIM BEFORE your Immigration, as our counter is located in front of the entering gates of the Immigration zone (Please check the location in the map we provided below)

Please read the "Reminders" carefully to prevent issues during your SIM pick-up process

Top-up is only available for CALL4 SIM

SIM can be top-up via:

Top-up Portal link (Available Languages: English/Vietnamese - Supports VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express)

MobiFone Top-up Card: Buy at supermarkets and convenience stores (Circle K, GS25, FamilyMart...)

Conveniently pick up your SIM card at the airport upon your arrival - Pick-up right after landing and before entering the Immigration counter

You Should Also Know This

[HOW TO FIND US] After leaving the airport, you will enter Pre-Passport Control Area upon arrival. Our counter is located HERE, BEFORE the entering zone of the Immigration counter (Next to Internal Landscape - Opposite to the International Time Zone Clocks Area)

[WHEN TO PICK-UP YOUR SIM] BEFORE your immigration. Once you go through the Immigration counter, you cannot come back to the Pre-Passport Control Area to pick-up your SIM

[TIPS] Please ask for "CONSORTIO COUNTER" if you have any difficulties finding our counter

[TIPS] We suggest you to capture the picture of our counter in your phone - This will make it easier for you to find us

The quality of communication may be affected by outside conditions such as surrounding landforms (i.e. mountains), weather, obstruction by buildings, etc. The number of users will affect the speed and quality of the connection

[OPERATION TIME] Please note that our operation time is from 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM (next day).
