There was a slight misunderstood incident... our bus schedule from Sapa to Hanoi which was supposed to leave at 6.30 was changed back to 13.30... because of the lack of English the officers at the Internusa counter... they said there was no manifest in our name... some evidence and until the barcode was shown , but they still said there wasn't any... at that time because I had to go back to Hanoi, without any further argument I bought another bus ticket in cash... and a few hours later I got an email from Traveloka about the change, then Traveloka processed our bus ticket refund... thank you 👍 👍

Comfortable

The bus is clean enough and the sleeping seats are sufficient. The bus driver drives the vehicle well and arrives in Hanoi on time.

The double bed is quite spacious, the car has a pretty good sound system but a bit noisy.

Upstairs low should always hit the head, 2 beds but only 1 blanket, really cold.

The bus will stop for 20 mins for toilet break and even prepared slippers for the toilet. They also will give you a tag for your luggage.

Way more comfortable than expected! I slept nice and soundly through the whole trip. Very punctual as well. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use by buying via traveloka. But the bus is terrible. Driver honk almost everytime, make you find it hard to sleep or rest. It is more narrow compare to other similar price bus.

Good things: - the bus leave on time - clean bus (interior) - expert bus driver - driver & his assistant cant speak english,but polite. Bad things: - my seat not in a good condition. (C4) - seat are too small for someone with 175cm height.I'm gonna say its suffering for 5 - 6 hour in the bus. (Please reconsider before u buy, or else, plase choose the seat at the lower deck.) -bus stop at many point to pick up people, to pick up things. Overall: - it's a good experience! U'll never know till u try it.

The office is located near the center of my hotel so it is very convenient to move to the office to get paper tickets.
