- Free scooter delivery and return service is only available in Da Nang City Center. If you stay outside the designated area, please contact the operator at 0935088001 to confirm the surcharge.
- Scooter delivery and return time is 07:00 – 20:00. A surcharge of VND 20,000/scooter will apply to scooter delivery and return service from 20:00 – 23:00. For other timeslots, please contact the operator at 0935088001 to confirm the surcharge.
- Please contact the operator at 0935088001 to confirm the delivery and return location and time.
- Please provide a valid ID (residence card, passport, driving license, etc.) to receive the scooter.
- Please make sure your name on your booking matches your ID.
- The rental period is 24 hours.
- Please check the fuel tank after you've received the scooter.
- For safety reasons, it is recommended that only a maximum of 2 people ride the scooter at all times.
- It is required by law that all scooter riders and passengers must wear a helmet.
