Memanbetsu was a township situated in Abashiri District, Abashiri Subprefecture today known as Okhotsk Subprefecture in Hokkaido, Japan. As of 2004, the town had an estimated population of 5,926 and a population density of 37.27 persons per km². The total area was 159.03 km². On March 31, 2006, Memanbetsu was combined with the village of Higashimokoto which also from Abashiri Region to create the new city of Ōzora. Memanbetsu Town is joined with Higashimokoto Village which also in Abashiri District to form the new town of Ōzora on 31 March 2006.
