Property is in need of maintenance. Toilet was blocked & people we stayed with had sewage coming up through shower. This was fixed by plumber but the shower was not cleaned. Our room the shower was dirty and wearing the shower head sprayed everywhere but down. Staff were aware that more than one toilet was blocked yet I had to go and ask for fresh towels . Raw sewage is a OH&S issue. Staff care factor was zero. I will never stay here again. They should refund the money we paid for our stay.

Terrible. I handed back the key and drove back to Sydney instead. I didn’t even bother discussing refund, Old and a little musty, it looks like it hasn’t been properly renovated in 30 years. I couldn’t even lie down on the bed as it felt dirty. I’m sure there will be a response attesting to the cleanliness. If you want to take a risk, go ahead and book a room and experience it yourself.
