Very new and clean with a beautiful view of the water. Damage from the Cyclone was still impacting the pool but that didn't change my view that it is a great place to stay. A little further out from the main area of the Gold Coast which was perfect for us. We were doing the GC Half Marathon and the hotel was 900m from the start line which was awesome

Checking in is a little confusing , if the office is unmanned at the time you cannot check in and get your room and lift key. Parking is also confusing as you arent actually given a space that is yours entirely. The apartment was large and spacious. Very clean, modern. A clothes dryer and washing machine are new . The windows leak a lot of air so the apartment is quite noisy .

Beautiful property in a great spot. Instructions for gaining entry were not easy to follow, parking was tight, returning the keys was dificult as there was no obvious reception.

The apartment is quite new with an absolutely amazing view over the water looking towards SeaWorld and the beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were great. The window above the main bedroom bed has no blind or curtain which was an issue and the only way to solve this was to stuff cushions and pillows into it which isn’t ideal or hygienic but something is needed to get a good nights sleep as light pours in, we would have booked our next stay for 8 nights in September but couldn’t put up with this issue so booked elsewhere. We had some issues with paperwork not being received by the property managers before our stay so access codes were not received by us which caused some stress just as we were boarding our plane in the late afternoon, there are a few different forms to fill in one sent via email and one via sms and security deposit to pay so it’s worth ensuring this is done well in advance so you receive the access codes. Parking was confusing as the written instructions received once we arrived didn’t match the parking spots but the traffic lights in the carpark were useful as it is tight. Maybe sending photos of the actual parking spot would help. I read other reviews about building noise being an issue but we didn’t hear any noise at all it was a very quiet apartment. We really like this area as it’s an easy drive to the theme parks, has quite a few shops including takeaways very close by.

The property was new and therfore very clean and neat. Propert was close to parks, places to eat and order food. Property was off the main street for access and had a great view of the ocean. Communication with property was difficult at times and the car pack spaces are narrow and difficult for larger cars.

Nice and new, but cleaners need to focus on the detail better. Soap in the shower not filled with water! Shower blocked, probably with hair! Shame builders were so noisy drilling concrete at 7.30am! Still being finished by the look of it

The location i.e views was excellent. The property is still under construction so concrete dust everywhere. The units will be nice when completed but we needed a soft broom to sweep the floors. Not enough bathroom linen and the unit needs sheer curtains to afford some privacy in the bedrooms when the blinds are raised. No instruction pamphlets left to allow you to navigate appliances. Rain the receptionist was extremely helpful. Definitely require a guest trolly to move luggage from the carpark. This will be an excellent property once it is completed.

The view was stunning but sadly this was ruined by the lack of basic requirements. Towels were missing, the beds only had a sheet and there were no doonas on the bed or blankets in any cupboards so we were all freezing the first night until we could finally get ahold of reception the next day. There was only 1 tea bag and 1 sugar and zero coffee sachets. There was no hair dryer. But even if there was we wouldn’t be able to use it as the bathrooms had zero electrical outlets. The bed heads had a thick layer of dust covering them and my children were sneezing from the dust. And the beds were rock hard. When we requested all of these items, reception acted defensive and put out and blamed wotif. But when we spoke to wotif they blamed reception. Again it was very sad that such a beautiful location and stunning view was ruined. This apartment really needs some love. It was very disappointing and we would not stay here again.

Very new and clean with a beautiful view of the water. Damage from the Cyclone was still impacting the pool but that didn't change my view that it is a great place to stay. A little further out from the main area of the Gold Coast which was perfect for us. We were doing the GC Half Marathon and the hotel was 900m from the start line which was awesome

Checking in is a little confusing , if the office is unmanned at the time you cannot check in and get your room and lift key. Parking is also confusing as you arent actually given a space that is yours entirely. The apartment was large and spacious. Very clean, modern. A clothes dryer and washing machine are new . The windows leak a lot of air so the apartment is quite noisy .

The property was new and therfore very clean and neat. Propert was close to parks, places to eat and order food. Property was off the main street for access and had a great view of the ocean. Communication with property was difficult at times and the car pack spaces are narrow and difficult for larger cars.

Nice and new, but cleaners need to focus on the detail better. Soap in the shower not filled with water! Shower blocked, probably with hair! Shame builders were so noisy drilling concrete at 7.30am! Still being finished by the look of it

The location i.e views was excellent. The property is still under construction so concrete dust everywhere. The units will be nice when completed but we needed a soft broom to sweep the floors. Not enough bathroom linen and the unit needs sheer curtains to afford some privacy in the bedrooms when the blinds are raised. No instruction pamphlets left to allow you to navigate appliances. Rain the receptionist was extremely helpful. Definitely require a guest trolly to move luggage from the carpark. This will be an excellent property once it is completed.

The view was stunning but sadly this was ruined by the lack of basic requirements. Towels were missing, the beds only had a sheet and there were no doonas on the bed or blankets in any cupboards so we were all freezing the first night until we could finally get ahold of reception the next day. There was only 1 tea bag and 1 sugar and zero coffee sachets. There was no hair dryer. But even if there was we wouldn’t be able to use it as the bathrooms had zero electrical outlets. The bed heads had a thick layer of dust covering them and my children were sneezing from the dust. And the beds were rock hard. When we requested all of these items, reception acted defensive and put out and blamed wotif. But when we spoke to wotif they blamed reception. Again it was very sad that such a beautiful location and stunning view was ruined. This apartment really needs some love. It was very disappointing and we would not stay here again.
