Terrible customer service on desk, not welcoming at all or any kind of smile on face. Loud squeaking sounds from the room doors.

Great hotel and good price for a family room. Enjoyed the stay, everything was perfect. Only downside was the breakfast is so basic and not much options or alternative available

I only stayed one night there - As the check in was at 3 PM, I have arrived 5 minutes earlier and was told I can not check in yet. In the meantime I was trying to get directions to the car park which the concierge team wasn’t as great to explain the steps and had to figure it out on my own basically. When returned at check in after 3 PM, I was told I will be on the 1st floor, then the concierge team was talking to each-other in French despite me being right there in front of them and they sent me to the 3 rd floor instead, to a room right next to the cleaning cupboard and no view at anything, but to a wall! Overall, my experience wasn’t great, and surely won’t return. If you don’t have any customer service expectations, nor do you care about the cleaning and the state of the room, feel free to chose this hotel.

Great hotel, 7 minutes walk from the train station. Helpful, friendly staff.

This is advertsied as a hotel but is in fact a hostel Hotel staff refused to give me hot water at night which i needed to make baby milk leaving me walking around late night looking for a nearby shop

Amazing hotel and good location

Okay, lets be clear, we booked this on Hotels. Com as a hotel, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ITS A HOSTEL. The list on Hotels. Com is totally misleading as are the photographs. I am sure 20 years ago this was a top hotel, it has now been bought by a company, who appear to operate hostels and thats exactly what you get. The hotel is in very poor condition and desperate for an upgrade. The room we booked for a family of 3 was large, the bathroom was clean as were the bed sheets, but the furnishings and fittings were in very poor condition as was the bathroom. The room had a fridge, a kettle without cups, tea,coffee or milk. The door lock didn't work but had a suplementary chain and the TV didnt work. Our bed sheets were left on the bed which we queried, but having booked a family room we were expected to make our own bed. Parking is 25 euros a night. The area around the hotel is close to Gare de nord. This area is quite a distance from the center. The metro station at Gare de nord can be reached in about 10 minutes walking. The metro takes about 12minutes. The area around the station and the hotel is not the best and this is publicised locally. The station is littered with homeless people and drug users and petty crime is rife. We were advised not to walk back from the metro to the hotel after dark by metro staff, unfortunately we were late and this made for a very uncomfortable walk back to the hotel. The staff are not knowledgeable about the area, and lack politeness.

Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels à travers plusieurs pays, je peux vous assurer que cette expérience a été l’une des plus décevantes. Aucune serviette dans la chambre malgré plusieurs demandes, un seul employé pour gérer l’ensemble des services (accueil, check-in, check-out, demandes des clients), ce qui a causé une attente de 25 minutes simplement pour l’enregistrement. L’hôtel est très bruyant, l’insonorisation est inexistante – on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement : vous risquez de le regretter.

Lively lobby area, great rooms - family room at two toilets which was great! The surrounding area is quite vibrant - some restaurants, lots of local community shops, playgrounds. public transport options nearby.

Air conditioning is in public areas only, not individual rooms.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

Avoid. Slow service. Housekeeper woke us up in the middle of night. No shower. soap

It was adorable, close enough to transportstion top go into central city.

The place was disgustingly and very badly managed. The night man ( we arrived at 23,00) greeted us with “No rooms left”. I showed him our confirmation and he says Tll go have a look. 20 mins after and in spite re of us all waiting,, he went outside to smoke for another 20 m in a. He came back at 01.00 to say he cleaned the 2 rooms for means my colleague but there was no pillows and we would have to make the beds ourselves .we ended up finding a hotel at 02.30 which we waht the reimbursement

I like the place because it’s quiet but it is not very accessible to the heart of the city.

An interesting hotel with large rooms with breakfast included at a reasonable cost. Close to the city and station. Next to several blocks of flats which made the area look a bit rough late at night but probably safe. Large rooms with good bathroom but otherwise the rooms were very bare with not even a plastic glass for water and no tea or coffee. It gave the impression of having been a more luxurious hotel in the past.

Although the hotel is nice and clean, it is not conveniently located although close to terminal north, I wouldn’t stay in this area again

No proper aircon working and sibk leakage flooding the bathroom floor

The staff were very helpful and the property was decent. However, the area was real sketchy! Not too far from the property, we unexpectedly stumbled upon a red light district.
