The room has cigarette smoke smell, the shower’s sink was clogged. The matrice was somehow undersized. And most stuff was in bad a condition

Hotel was as expected, clean and basic. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was basic. Only issue was the condition of the bathroom, shower door was broken (I fixed upon arrival)

Well the location was sketchy and the parking was horrendous. My room smelled like a chain smoker was just there. The window did not work properly, there were broken things in the restroom. My wife did not feel safe and neither of us could rest. This was definitely not the location that I read about and looked up on Hotels.com. Bad advertising!!! I also never stayed in the hotel asked for a refund for the second night and was told that they couldn’t do that?!? Really? So overall this was a horrible vacation experience! Thanks Hotels.com

The proptery was very fun down. The bathroom was breaking.. Missing fixtures and rusty. The spacious room shown had no room to move between bed and walls. Skeptic in the car is a better option. Not worth 20€ let alone 65€

The only good things is near the Hospital UZ Brussels , poor service, poor and late breakfast, no any attention , but internet and the room with out quality !

Don't stay here, the price is nice but its not worth it with the dirty black bathrom and the free 'breakfast is a joke' its so barely anything in the morning.

This stay was simply a proof of respectlessness, room interior was old worn, and significant signs of usage. Hotel workers were loud and noisy, actually yelling to each other in the early morning hours, so no need of an alarm clock 😉 the free breakfast, was the cheapest white bread a super market can offer, and the cheapest cereals together with a very low optionality. No where in the hotel did I meet a worker with work clothes on, they were all"civilians"so you never really knew who were guest and who are employees??
