The staff is incredibly kind and diligent when accommodating their guests. They all work hard at keeping guests comfortable and happy. Thank you so much for making my check in comfortable and making my school feel welcome. I got in a day before my program, so I had waited a few hours in the lobby and I made friends with the staff. They were all the sweetest.

This hotel and the staff were amazing from start to end of our 3 night stay. So very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The pool area is superb and the hotel is stunning. The rooms are lovely and so very clean and good sized. Would 100% stay here again.

Excellent facilities, Great location and Friendly staff at front desk. We booked the family suite room and it 2 ensuite rooms and a living area with a half-bath which was very comfortable for us on a business/ leisure trip. Close to the AngkorWat complex, walkable to Pub Street. Great pool and ambience in the terrace restaurant was amazing at night

When we arrived, we were originally given a room that had previously been occupied by a smoker even though the hotel is non-smoking. They accommodated us quickly into a new room. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Property was a great stay. Stayed for 4 nights and everything was excellent. My only complaint was the noise. Felt like the walls are so thin. I can hear everything that’s going on. They were doing repairs or something but it was going all day that was annoying. It constantly gave me headaches. All that pounding and drilling I had to ask them to stop which they did. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was amazing!

As per my previous review, I enjoyed the hotel so much that I booked an extra week. The hotel is excellent and one of the reasons is the staff who made me feel so welcome by being so friendly and providing great service. I’d like to name just a few of the staff who made my stay so pleasant; Soborey, Kolab, Bossaba, Sophors, Panha, Tha, Ramon, Sreyreath, Dara and Chea Solin. Thank you so much to the whole staff for a great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, so much so that I booked an extra week. The hotel is only 8 months old so everything is new. The staff are so very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are of good quality and my balcony was private. The free to use spa is excellent and such an asset for the hotel. Highly recomended.

このホテルは、マーケットに近いので選びました。利用はしてないですが、綺麗なプールが屋上にあります。ホテルにつき、部屋に案内してくれる時、受付の方の説明が良かったです。英語です。部屋はかなり綺麗で1人の利用でしたが、かなり広かったです。朝食つきで、予約しました。カンボジア料理も食べられますが、パンの種類、野菜、フルーツも多く、かなり満足でした。アンコールワットの朝日を見る場合は、朝食にお弁当を頼めます。自分は利用してないです。鍵がカードのなのですが、途中で効かなくなった時も親切に対応してくれました。対応してくれたのは、BOSSABA さんと、VICHARAさんでした。ありがとうございます。
