We had an amazing stay at Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive! The beach was gorgeous, the staff was friendly, and the entertainment team kept the vibe fun all day. The highlight was the surprise birthday setup they arranged in our room — complete with balloons. It made the trip extra special. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the à la carte restaurants were great (especially the Italian). A few small hiccups like patchy Wi-Fi, but overall, highly recommended!

DO NOT STAY HERE. First of all, this hotel is the equivalent of an hourly rate motel along the highway in Newark, New Jersey. I picked this hotel because it said it was a five star resort and it actually had a decent amount of reviews. I truly have no idea how it got these reviews and the only rational way is maybe back in the 1990s it was a decent hotel and just never got kept up or all of the reviews are written by drunk hillbillies. This hotel failed in every category possible…the rooms and facilities were dirty, the food was disgusting, and the staff were scammers and rude. Check in:Get ready to wait until 3pm on the dot to be let into your rooms. The lobby was filled with at least ten guests and suitcases waiting to be let in even though the resort seemed relatively empty. Multiple signs on the front desk said “Check in at 3pm”...kind of a weird thing to be insistent on especially if there are rooms available. Anyway, we waited until 3pm and then went to our room. Rooms: My room had an overpowering stench of Dollar Tree brand air freshener and mold. There was a giant bathtub that looked like it had seen horrific things in the middle of the room, along with a brown stained toilet and multiple rollaway beds. When we asked for the extra bed to be removed, the staff rolled their eyes and kept asking why can’t we just leave it…it was in the middle of the doorway. I like that all of the staff was very nice and helpful. They kept the beach area very clean and there was plenty of activities available to participate in. I also had an amazing massage, but I feel like it was overpriced for 50 mins.

The phone service was not working for the whole trip..So we had 2 get room service from front desk..All n All ..Good Place

The staff were friendly. The service was excellent. Very clean.

Food was not good

The property was nice it was quiet and clean. The food was just ok. The staff was inconsistent on their help. We felt like we had to ask the same question multi ways to get an answer and the answers where inconsistent at best. There is actually 4 properties connected but we were not informed on how to use all the properties by the staff. Another guest informed us on how to use the shuttle system and what was at the other properties and that we had access to all the properties.

The vibe the energy and the people were welcoming

Beautiful beach, friendly staff. We had issue with balcony door in 30 minutes maintainer was fixing it. Definitely going to come back.

This was my first vacation after the lost of my mother last year. My goal was to come here to relax, eat, and drink. Overall, i enjoyed my stay in terms of dining at the buffet and the Italian restaurant on the resorts. However, my bags were brought to my room with any acknowledgement and consent. Im accustomed to beinf escorted to my room along side the Bell Boy. At the buffet, it took longer than usual to receive my coffee. Other people got their coffee before me who came after me. At the Steakhouse restaurant, my alcohol beverage order was not taken. I was told that there were sold out of steak, meanwhile, the couple next to me both received steak. I enejoyed the pool and beach. The frozen drink were good and refreshing. My room was clean and a great size. My housekeeper was very sweet so she received a tip from me. I definitely will not come back to this resort. It did the job for my 3 night stay.
