Lovely stay once again. Very accommodating at breakfast time with our freshly cooked eggs and pancakes for our son.
Room not quite to the same standard as last time with bits peeling from the headboard and sofa. Slightly disappointed that we didn’t get a room away from the lift as requested but didn’t impact much on our stay.
Super friendly staff once again.

This is a convenient location with comfortable rooms and facilities. I did not eat there in the evening.
I was surprised on arrival at 19.15h to be told that my room was not ready. After another staff member was consulted, the room was provided.
I did not use the cited car park, but noticed that the traffic in surrounding streets was gridlocked for much of the day. This was particularly bad at 7-9pm on Friday night.

Room on the 5th floor with a canal view. Room was spotless and air conditioning was perfect as we had very warm weather this weekend. Staff were friendly and polite and we had a very warm welcome on arrival.
Breakfast was lovely ….even better when we realised we could ask for fresh fried eggs. Small gym room but enough equipment to have an hour session.
Security is fab as you can’t access the rooms unless you have a key card. Plenty of restaurants close by and a beautiful short walk along the canal to the Utilita arena.
