Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden Holborn

Everything about the hotel and staff was very good. Location was very good for walking distance and transportation to see all the highlights. Just outside the hotel were a lot of homeless people being fed which is good but they left a lot of garbage on the streets.

Clean room, very friendly staff and excellent location. From checking in to check out, the experience was amazing, would definitely come back

Very noisy, walls very thin, we could feel the next doors late night antics against our bed. Loud doors slamming through the night felt more like a bnb than a 4* hotel in the heart of London. Barely slept and not worth the price we paid.

Front of the hotel faces out onto Lincoln’s Inn Fields (park) and there is a lovely patio area to sit and drink coffee. There is a rear entrance/exit directly onto Kingsway with easy access to Covent Garden and the theatres. Staff can’t do enough to help and will certainly stay there again.

Location fantastic at Holborn nice walk to Oxford circus, Covent Garden, Chinatown. Underground, shopping and restaurant all nearby Hotel serves free coffee/tea station and free fill bottles water an added advantage

This is a nice property with comfortable rooms that are spacious for Central London. That means that booking through them is expensive. Otherwise great location walkable to all the usual tourist locations. Lindon is great that way with the Underground being a very very convenient safe and easy transit option.

It was an amazing experience, with amazing & friendly staff. They were easy to communicate with, helpful when I needed them & accommodated my needs! I will be returning!

Excellent location for Covent Garden and tube links

We would most def book again..However, my daughter's hotel room's AC was broken from the 1st night we arrived and unfortunately, she did not let us know until the 2nf from last day. The front desk staff had manually override the system but upon our arrival that evening it was still very hot in her room. We called down and they said they had fixed it but when i went into her rooom the next morning, it was probably about at least 80 degrees F. The staff was very friendly right from the start and we had no issues. The location is a short walk to the hop on hop off bus and subway, yet set back enough from the main street where you can enjoy a nice quiet night sleep. The room is spacious and clean, 1 out of 3 of our rooms had a microwave and a fridge but unfortunately, the fridge was not working properly (in the room wiht no ac). Aside from the minor set backs, we are quit happy with our stay an still book again if we plan another trip to london in the future. They were more than accomodating at check in, allowing us to store away our luggage early and shower in the lower bathroom, and notifying us when our rooms were available early (at 10:38am). I have to guve them props for going above and beyond there....

Booked in an emergency last minute by app. Room was super clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. Would stay again.

This was an awesome place to stay for an American family visiting for a week. Quiet and very comfortable with an ideal central location for many of the sites you would want to visit. The staff is amazing. They also have a fairly amazing coffee machine that you can get drinks from whenever you'd like. That was a nice touch.

Great location with Holborn underground station 2 minutes walk away. Out family room was a good size for central London. The queen size bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed quite the opposite! A good selection at breakfast but no good coffee! Coffee machine in foyer was good though. Staff throughout were very friendly & helpful!

Loved the location of this hotel and the spacious room. The free coffee and water was a nice touch in the reception. The air conditioning units were quite noisy though.

Liked free coffee, tea, water in lobby. Nice terrace area with tables in front of the hotel was relaxing & quiet. Room was very clean and ac worked well. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was decent. Convenient for Covent Garden, restaurants, shopping & theatres. Disliked that some rooms were in the basement or had a window onto a narrow dark shaft. This was not made clear on Expedia nor on the hotel website. Price seemed high for that type of room. Staff were helpful when room with actual window with daylight was requested. Photos of bar & restaurant are not part of the hotel lobby but situated in a different building accessed via a corridor.
