Convenient and clean Would highly recommend

Rooms are clean and tidy. Shower great. The bar area could do with upgrading the sofas as some are torn. The downside was that there was no draught lager on our stay.

Excellent location for the airport. Good clean and modern room, very spacious. Room 224 - queen size bed and sofa. Only let down was the super firm mattress - it was not the comfiest and I like a firm mattress! Tip - don’t use the app to order food, most items on the actual menu are not listed.

Airport hotel on site Helpful friendly staff Choice of Food and drink qas good and not overly priced. Breakfast was served from 4am but we didn't have as our checkin was before this! Parked in Silverzone carpark and took transfer into terminal, then walked across to hotel.There is the new multi storey carpark accross from hotel. Just check prices of rhe carparks to see what best for your budget.

In need of refurbishment for the price. Food terrible quality for the price

Fortunately the hotel sent us an email about the extravagant overnight parking charges. £60. We phoned our meet and greet parking and paid £7 extra for the first night. Otherwise the hotel staff, breakfast are great and a simple walk to the Terminal. And if you have an early flight the breakfast starts at 4am! Would stay here again for flights from Bristol.

Close to terminal but still some way to walk uncovered if there is a downpour. Walkways could have weather protection.

Warm welcome from helpful reception staff when we checked in. Also cheerful receptionist when we checked out at 4am. All staff very friendly. Comfy bed. Room quiet.

Great no issues

All about the location with an early flight it is the best place to stay drop your bags the evening before then just walk up to security miss all the baggage queues so you get much more time in bed.

Perfect for what we needed. Everything avaliable and great service. Room was lovely.

I am gluten free so the chef offered to cook some gf sausages. Brilliant. They were cooked in about 5 minutes. And we’re completely undercooked. I couldn’t eat them. Also the rooms are not sound proofed at all. I was woken up at 0115 and 0430 by people stomping above me. Both clearly weren’t directly above.

A very convenient stay. Easy short and safe walk to the airport. Quiet, clean and a comfortable room on the 3rd floor. Helpful and cheerful staff. room. Helpful staff eale.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and have always enjoyed our visits. However, this most recent stay was out of necessity, and unfortunately, there were several issues that would make us think twice about returning. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived late and were already very tired. Having completed online check-in, we expected the process to be smooth. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When we reached our room, our key would not grant us access, and we had to return to reception to resolve the issue. By this time, there was already a queue at reception, which added further delay. To make matters worse, the computer system went down, and although the receptionist was cordial, she anppeared unsure of how to handle the situation. The whole process became unnecessarily frustrating at a time when we simply needed to get some rest. Breakfast the following morning was also disappointing. We arrived at 9:30am and found the selection very limited. The staff and cook appeared agitated by our arrival, as if they were more focused on clearing up than on serving guests. The quality of the breakfast itself was poor, and overall it was not an enjoyable experience. Finally, accessing the hotel is currently difficult due to extensive building works, which only adds to the inconvenience. Sadly, this stay fell short of the standards we have come to expect, and so we would have to give some serious consideration before choosing this hotel again in the future.

Bed so uncomfortable, pillow was not what I was used to and I got an horrendous night sleep.

Great hotel to use if you have an early flight. Right next door to the airport. Also M&S food hall nearby. Very quiet too!!
