Excellent if travelling with pets. Very pet friendly. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Room was clean. It would be better if there were green areas to walk your dog rather than just round the car park. Ideal for Le Shuttle.

Always spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s a credit to the hard working staff.
The area is quiet and there is sufficient parking.
Breakfast provides a choice of hot and cold food and is kept topped up

Great staff! Very friendly, and well trained. On top of that, a few are trained bartenders who know how to draw a pint! Breakfast was great! The room was quite comfortable and the shower was excellent!

Over night stay to get the euro train. Fire alarm went off Three times during the stay over. All due to a faulty censor apparently.
The room was good , clean and tidy. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices.
The staff are very good, always there to help and tidy up. I would definitely stay here again but hopefully I get a good nights rest instead of being woken up for what turned out to be for nothing.

I was staying on business trip and have stayed there previously but this time I was very disappointed to note that they are now charging for parking and other customers were complaining as on your site it implied free parking, sadly a way of making more money maybe to finance their investment in Electric Charging points

Greta location for an overnight stop on the way to the Channel Tunnel. Clean, reasonably sized rooms with all amenities. Also secure parking, free buffet breakfast and a bar.

Overall this hotel was good and lovely and clean. Was so close to le shuttle and that’s why we booked. We would stay again.
However when it was breakfast time due to my allergies (dairy, wheat and egg) I literally could eat a hash brown, tomato, bacon, beans and gf toast. There were no alternative yoghurt to have with fruit. I will stay again but will pack myself something to eat for breakfast as I felt really let down. The others in my party loved the breakfast as there were a lot for them to have.
