Jolly went above and beyond helping us. We are seniors and he helped us with all our luggage, helped with suggestions and answered all our questions. The hotel, we asked for a room with a view and it didn’t disappoint! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was happy to find a very fluffy extra pillow in the closet.

Great central London hotel choice! Clean, modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet which was included in our room rate. Victoria station was a 5 min walk so using tube & trains super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel! It’s convenient, the morning breakfast buffet was huge and had a good variety and the staff is friendly and super helpful.
We left our passports in the room safe when we checked out and they had them waiting for us when we returned a few hours later. We would most definitely stay here again.

Very clean, modern hotel, steps from Victoria Station, so close to everything. Staff was great, they even got our room ready before check in time.
Breakfast was very complete, lots of tasty selections, one of the best I have tried. I would definitely stay there again.
