Points positifs : La chambre était propre et très confortable. La vue était extraordinaire. Les petites boissons offertes dans la chambre étaient très agréable. Le personnel était souriant et accueillant. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Points négatifs : les portes des chambres voisines claquent et réveillent tard le soir ou tôt le matin. Des travaux ont eu lieu pour rénover les salles de bains de certaines chambres durant notre séjour et nous n'en avons pas été informés en amont. Les bruits de perceuse et de marteaux étaient très forts et insupportables le matin. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme et j'en ai obtenu une au milieu des travaux. C'est vraiment dommage, cela a un peu gaché notre séjour. Nous aurions certainement reservé ailleurs si nous avions su cela en avance, et ce malgré le confort de la chambre.

Our family loved our superior rooms, with their great ammenities, free water/juice/coffee/tea, and super comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast surpassed all expectations. This place is a total gem, with great staff.

Rooms are small and the AC didn't power up a bit -- and we're in the midst of summer!

Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located. The staff were amazing and made made me feel extremely welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Decent hotel. Bar service and food good. Disappointing that the bar on the twelfth floor was closed for a month and more during peak holiday times. Room functional but not anything special.

What I liked about the proporty was the very professional staff. From outside not very promising with only glass and steel: However, breakfast quality was four stars; great cake available; good quality of bed; first time I had minibar included in the price, composed of two beer bottles, apple juice organge juice and water. I wonder why I have not been to Pullman before already. I will come again, amazing experience. Thank you

There was a problem with the elevators that iinflunce the total satisfaction from the trip. One day we were so upset that we used the emergency stairs to go down from 9th floor to ground in order to eat brekfest. That issue influebce the total satisfection from the stat in the stay in the hotel

It was disappointing I’m sorry to say. We have stayed at this hotel 7 times in the last 12 months and not once have we had a ‘Welcome back, Mr and Mrs Cromack’. I think we may have had an upgrade once last stay in May, only to a slightly bigger room. Which was kind thank you. This time the room smelt of stale smoke so we were moved to another floor, when we arrived in that room the air conditioning didn’t work so were moved again. The final room, air con much better, room did still smell of stale smoke but my husband has an incurable brain tumour and a third room move was too much for both of us. I must say the air con was not brilliant and the fridge didn’t really chill anything very well. The last evening I asked for a glass of ice from the elf restaurant and was told it would cost me €3.50! I stated that fridge wasn’t working brilliantly or the air con at that rate and was given it for free. I am afraid this may be our last stay at Pullman Cologne.

The hotel was amazing. This was our first time in Cologne and we had a great time. The staff was friendly, the food was perfect, and we loved that the hotel was walkng distance to the Cathedral. We will be staying there again when we bring our children to see the Cathedral.

Welcoming staff, very clean and well maintained, cleaners every day with fresh towels if needed.. Stayed with my daughter and had no issues. Only thing was there was a sauna but no pool

Good location. Lovely room with complimentary mini bar. Comfortable beds and the buffet breakfast freshly made with plenty of choice. Definitely recommend.

The hotel reception staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from Our room was really nice. Cleaned every day. We booked a Deluxe Suite with kingsize bed. Very spacious. Lovely bathroom. We were on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the Cathedral Would definately recommend staying here

Took a while to check in because there was only one person at the front desk, but everything else was just fine.
