Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a very cute property in a quieter part of the island, but very close to Fira by bus so it's easy to navigate the whole island. There's also a family if very sweet cats that like to hang out by the pool

This is a resort hotel about 1.5 km from Fira (easily walkable). The pool is clean and well kept. The staff are sooo friendly, professional and accommodating (if exhausted). The breakfasts are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Delicious and plentiful and really us up for a days walking or swimming or doing nothing. The village itself has a few nice restaurants and we found it a welcome sanctuary from the maddening crowds of tourists visiting Fira and Oia. Just to note some of the guests appeared to be quite rude and very demanding to the staff. 5* does not mean staff are there to kiss your feet! WIFI was great in our room but others did complain, so it may not suit people wanting to stream (no problem with email etc ). Great value for money in our opinion, we would happily stay there again. :)

The unit has a nice private pool and balcony. Very close to Fira within 5 mins drive. The breakfast was great and pool was within door steps. Only thing is the unit has only one bathroom for 6 of our guest to share. Sandra were very accommodating and very proactice to help us solve amenities issues within minutes. Would love to stay here again.

The room smelled, the quality of the blankets and bed were so poor, plastic-like. It doesn’t deserve a 3 star let alone five. Terrible

The hotel is on a quiet street, but only a 10 min walk to the busier area and spot for local buses.. so that we great for me. Although I was not satisfied with having a tub in the middle of the room and the wifi and my own phone network internet did not work in the room .. the pool was great and the most important part of my stay there was my experience with the staff.. Management and Front desk were nice but my best experiences were with Mateos and Niktarios.. They were so kind and helpful. As someone travelling alone to Santorini, they ensured I had all the right information and everything I needed to optimize my experience on the island. They made my experience excellent. Thank You Guys!

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were all well greeted by the staff and were ushered to our room. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met as the room we were put in was nothing like the pictures we saw when we first made our reservation on Expedia (the room was very dirty and not cleaned. Ex: hair and food crums on the floor). No Wifi (a comodity supposedly included)! The manager told us that they can't take pictures of all the 42 rooms... (the pictures are included here). Usually hotels should be honest while publishing their deals online, instead they didn't even take responsibility for this. The room was anything close to a 5 star hotel room as they claim to be... we were basically put in a concierge room downstairs! Otherwise, when we took the room on Expediam, a laudry service was included in the package. Unfortunately, they told us that we had to pay for each item separatly (ex: 4 euros for underwear, 10 euros for shirts etc.). They tried to make a deal for us but we learned the next day that nothing could be done. The pool area was nice, and the area quite clean and serene. The staff was overall nice and friendly. The food was far from being good. Breakfast was served at around 8h15, but was alway cold. Juice was very diluted and undrinkable. Eggs were soggy and soaked in oil. Deserts were okay. One of the staff members told us that we can't drink water from the reception since it's only reserved for breakfast (we had to pay for water at the bar!)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Good rooms and beds, and the pool area was clean. Only small complaint that the hot tub was not hot during our stay. Bus stop is about a 5 minute walk.

Hotel was nice. The pool and breakfast was good. It is a little out from the centre of Thira but if you are happy to walk 20-25 minutes then its okay.

Amazing time at Maistros hotel , their service is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here it was quiet and although away from the busyness of Thira it was a bit isolated for us - a good half hour walk to the town centre. The breakfast was adequate and the pool very nice. There was no facility in the room for making a hot drink and the dogs barking woke us early. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we liked having a balcony.

Overrated with no facilities. Unfriendly More like 1 star property. Too far away from town and coast Do not recommend

The property was clean. The room was spotless. Our room had stairs, maybe not unusual for Santorini, but once you opened the room door there was a flight of stairs on the way up into the sky, bringing the luggage up was out of the question. The property location was from me a bit out of the way. Okay for a night or two.

Everything was good outside of the room that was assigned to us first, The first room didn't have Wi-fi connection and the TV didn't work, after my complaint we were mover to another room which was much better.
